Instructions for the project:

On the attached blank form you will find three boxes next to each landform name.

Fill in the three boxes for each landform as follows

FIRST BOX – Write the definition of the landform. Please print neatly! You can find the definitions on page 14 and 15, page 59, and in the glossary (p701-708) of your “Our World Today” textbook.

SECOND BOX – Draw and color an illustration of your landform. You may also use clipart or photos. You can research the shape of each landform on page 14-15 of your textbook or on the internet.

THIRD BOX – List at least one example of the landform. Use your classroom atlas, an encyclopedia, or an on-line resource to find examples. For example – for a lake you could list “Lake Erie.”

Make a cover page for your book. It must include:

A title

Your name

Your homeroom

An illustration (color drawing, photo, or clipart)

Staple the project together or use a report cover.

OPTIONAL

If you would like to submit this as a “digital project” (word document, powerpoint, webpage, video or other) feel free to do so, but make sure you include all of the requirements outlined above (landform name, definition, illustration or photo, at least one example of each landform and a cover or title slide/page.) You may save the project to a CD or email it to me as an attachment.
